A Charlotte, NC mother’s efforts to change insurance laws were inspired by caring for her 3-year-old son who was born with Lymphedema. House of Representatives bill HR 4662, the Lymphedema Diagnosis and Treatment Cost Savings Act of 2010, was introduced to Congress on February 23, 2010.
