Do I need to complete the certification training in one
2 week session?

No,
the course curriculum is divided into 2 one week
sessions which can be taken separately. However,
we recommend that the entire course be completed
within one year.

How is the Klose Training Lymphedema Certification Course
different from other certification programs?

Klose
Training provides the most comprehensive training
materials including the newly published Textbook
of Lymphology. The school director draws
from more than 20 years of experience in lymphedema
therapy and is certified as an MLD/CDT Instructor
since 1987. All co-instructors and faculty are chosen
for their unique talents and experience in
the field of lymphedema therapy.

Is the Certification Training approved for CE credits?

Yes,
the program is approved by the Florida Physical
Therapy Association (FPTA) and the National Certification
Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (NCBTMB).

Is Lymphedema Therapy reimbursed by insurance companies.
|
|
Yes,
Physical Therapists and Occupations Therapists use
standard CPT codes as appropriate for the services
rendered.
