Registration Options We’re committed to making your registration process as easy as possible. Registering for one of our courses includes: a completed Registration Form a copy of your current professional license and payment (we accept MC/VISA, checks, money orders, or Electronic Funds Transfers) ***if you are registering for one of our advanced courses for Certified Lymphedema Therapists and you completed your training with another school, please include a copy of your lymphedema therapy certificate***

ONLINE REGISTRATION: Please click on the “Online Registration” link below. Upon completion, your information goes directly to our registrar and, within a week, you will receive confirmation information via mail and/or email.
BY PHONE: Call us at 866-621-7888 (303-245-0333 local or outside the US) with your registration and credit card information. We’ll ask you to fax a copy of your current professional license to us at 303-245-0334.
BY FAX: Please click on the “Print Registration Form” link below to print our registration form. Fax your completed Registration Form and a copy of your current professional license to us at 303-245-0334.
